Track Your Order
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order ID. After it is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor delivery progress.
Delivery Timeframe
- Standard delivery: 3–7 days of delivery.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Shipping Charges
- free shipping on prepaid orders over ₹499.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Missed Delivery?
If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will try again or contact you. You can also reschedule delivery via the tracking link.

Not satisfied with your order? We’re happy to help!
- Return requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
How to Return

- Follow the instructions to schedule a pickup.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, we initiate a refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
Exchange Option
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can place a new order after returning the original product.
